Our blind box products are sold as-is. You cannot choose the exact item in the series.
Change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not available. Please carefully select the product or series before purchasing.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly not as described. These rights cannot be excluded by our store policy.
Damage or Fault Claims
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the courier and provide:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Fault Returns
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect choice, or any reason other than product faults are not accepted.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Blind Boxes
Blind boxes are randomised items and cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.
Snacks
Due to food safety regulations, snacks cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Handmade Scrunchies
For hygiene reasons, scrunchies are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed, even if they are unopened and unused. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
- If the item is assessed and found not to be faulty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using tracked postage for returns.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
