Shipping Location

All orders are dispatched from Australia.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post or the selected courier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

 Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

If tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your property and mailbox
  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the parcel is confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for theft after delivery. However, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier where possible.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Optional Signature on Delivery: For added security, customers can select Signature on Delivery at checkout. This ensures the parcel is only handed to the recipient or an authorised person, helping to reduce the risk of theft. Please note that this may incur an additional shipping fee.
